Our website maintains real-time inventory of the items we sell. If the product page allows you to select a quantity, that means the item is available. If the item is unavailable, the quantity box will be replaced with a message stating the item is currently unavailable.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards through Paypal, bank deposits through Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and mobile payments through GCASH. For bank deposits and mobile payments, account information will be sent to you via e-mail after you have placed your order. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).
How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, you can cancel by emailing us at help@kasha.com.ph. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of ₱100 per order for shipping anywhere in the Philippines. For orders above ₱2,000, shipping is FREE!
How quickly will I receive my order?
Processing time after payment is 1 to 2 business days and transit times of couriers are typically 1 business day for Metro Manila and 3 to 5 business days for provinces. In other words, after payment has been received, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 business days for Metro Manila and within 4 to 7 business days for provinces.
What is your return policy?
We allow returns of defective or incorrect items within three (3) business days of receipt. Items must be in original unworn condition with all tags intact. Send us an e-mail at help@kasha.com.ph to report the defective or incorrect item. DO NOT ship us the product until we have provided you with an authorization number. We will ship the replacement once your request has been approved and the defective or incorrect item has been shipped back to us. We will pay for the return shipping.

Do you ship outside the Philippines?
No, we currently only ship our products in the Philippines.
